In 2001, The Kenyon Review Board of Trustees voted to present an
annual award that would honor careers of extraordinary literary
achievement. The award recognizes authors for their imaginations,
the beauty of their art and innovation, and the courage of their
uncompromising visions.
The 2008 Kenyon Review Award
for Literary Achievement will honor Richard
Ford on Thursday,
November 6, at the Four
Seasons Restaurant in New York City. Tickets are $1,000 per person

The Kenyon
Review Literary Festival, a weekend of readings, seminars, panels and workshops, follows
the award dinner in Gambier, Ohio, and features
